Bungalow Etiquette & Policies

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. On the morning of your arrival, you will receive your unique 4-digit entry code via email and text.

As our bungalows are historic, the wooden doors can be spirited with the weather — a gentle push or pull usually helps the deadbolt find its home.

Free parking is provided in the assigned space(s) for your bungalow. Oversized vehicles and trailers can be accommodated in the designated areas behind the garage or Bungalow 10 — please refer to our Parking/Site Map.

To get you started, we provide fresh bedding and towels as well as essential toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, etc.). The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware and a coffee/tea maker.

If you are staying longer than a couple of nights, Albertsons is just 0.5 miles down the road for any extra supplies you may need.

Each bungalow has unique heating and cooling systems. Please refer to the Guest Book in your living room for specific instructions. Note that in winter, it may take a few hours for the bungalow to reach your preferred temperature.

We provide high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property. Please keep in mind that we are in a mountain resort area where services can occasionally be intermittent. If you experience a slow connection, we recommend a quick reboot of your device first. If that doesn't work, please let us know so we can check the router.

If the TV isn't displaying correctly, it is usually just set to the wrong "Input" or "Source." Bungalow-specific instructions can be found in your Guest Book. If you still have trouble, feel free to call us — we're happy to help.

To keep our mountain air fresh and our bungalows pristine, we are a strictly non-smoking property. This includes tobacco, cannabis, and vaping.

If smoking outside, please use the designated disposal bins to keep our mountain grounds pristine.

We love responsible dog owners! To ensure a comfortable and allergen-free stay for all our guests, we cannot allow animals other than dogs. We allow up to two well-behaved dogs with a pre-arranged fee of $20/night per dog.

To keep our linens fresh, please keep pups off the furniture and beds. Please never leave your dog unattended in the bungalow.

We provide plush white towels for your comfort. Please use the provided black towels for makeup and green towels for any spills or messes.

To respect the mountain peace, please keep noise within your bungalow between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

McCall is bear country! Please place all trash in the bear-proof dumpster located between Bungalows 6 and 10. Never leave food or trash outside.

We collect 100% of the reservation balance at the time of booking to secure your stay. For your protection, we store all credit card data securely.

Refundable Rates: Fully refundable until 8:00 AM on your arrival day. Excludes stays of 3+ bungalows, which are treated as non-refundable group bookings.

Non-Refundable Rates: Offered at a discount and are final. We cannot make exceptions for weather, road conditions, or illness. We highly recommend travel insurance or our refundable rate for peace of mind.

We reserve the right to charge the card on file for missing items, damages, or excessive cleaning.

We will do our best to reunite you with lost items. Shipping and handling begins at $20 plus postage.

Guests assume all risks associated with the use of the property and release Brundage Bungalows from liability for personal injury or property loss during their stay.

Check-out is at 11:00 AM. To help our team prepare for the next guests, please plan to leave the bungalow by 11:00 AM.
